Abstract

Background: preliminary study in Ploso Village, Tegalombo District, Pacitan Regency, there were 6 posyandu, with 121 toddlers. From 121 toddlers there are 37 toddlers who have a history of low birth weight (LBW) aged 1-3 years. The methods of this research: The research method uses cross sectional. The sample in this study was 93 respondents. Analysis of the data used is univariateand bivariate analysis using chi-quare. Analysis:known that from 93 respondents there were 24 toddlers (25.8%) with a history of birth Low birth weight (LBW) while respondents with a history of normal weight birth were 59 (74.2%) toddlers. Obtained p = 0.00 <α = 0.05. If sig <0.05 then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted, then the conclusion is related.
