Abstract

Abortion is the termination of pregnancy before the fetus is able to live in the outside world by the age of 20 weeks gestation or fetal weight> 500 grams. Abortion is one of the causes of bleeding that occurs in the first and second trimester of pregnancy. Age less than 20 years old or over 35 years, at high risk for giving birth. The research objective was to determine the relationship Age Pregnancy with abortion in hospitals Madiun. This type of research is analytic with cross sectional design. The population in this study all pregnant women in the first trimester Hospital Madiun 126 people. A sample of 38 people. The sampling technique Simple Random Sampling. Instruments used are independent medis.Variabel record data of this study is the age of pregnant women. The dependent variable in this study is the incidence of abortion. Data were analyzed using chi square test. The results of the 38 mothers acquired maternal age does not occur abortion risk with as many as 16 people (42.1%), while women with no risk with age occurs not abortion as many as 12 people (32.6%). And for age mothers are at risk with the case of abortion, abortion as many as 5 people (13.2%), and the Mother of age are at risk with abortion occurred as many as 5 people (13.2%). The results of Chi-Square test showed ρ = 0.697 < α = 0.05 so it can be concluded that H1 is rejected and there is no relationship between the age of pregnant women with abortion in hospitals Madiun. Based on the description above can be concluded that the maternal age effect on the risk of not only abortion but also can affect other pregnancy danger. According to the researchers the dangers of pregnancy that can occur as pre-eclampsia, thus anemis etc. Dengan Health Officer Expected further improve About Dangers Pregnancy Counseling.
